Our services – Executive bestseller book club

MasterMinds works with the Executives of an organisation to deliver a one-day interactive presentation, where we provide a critique of a book, explore the main chapters and raise discussion points for possible implementation within the company.

The organisation will either select the publication, or MasterMinds may recommend a suitable book to review. Our expert consultant will then look at parallels with the organisations’ business standards, processes and procedures in order to compare with those examples highlighted within the book. It’s a great way to identify examples of good practice that would work within an organisation and discover how that organisation may be able to effectively implement them internally.

A digest of the main points of the publication are presented and discussed inline with the overall aims and objectives of the company. Sessions facilitate an objective review of the book and provides shared knowledge for the overall benefit of the company.

An action plan is developed as a follow-up to the session and a report of the results are delivered to the organisation executives for further consideration and implementation.
